We’re always looking for new products and services to offer our customers. If you are just starting out, a small business enterprise looking for a small space to display your product or service, require greater exposure or don’t want the responsibility or stress of a long term lease agreement; the Smart Cart Services at Denman Place Mall may be a great solution for you.

The carts are user-friendly, wheeled, completely self-contained, fully lockable, and ideal for flexible leasing.

• Fluorescent lighting and four spotlights
• G.I.F. protected electrical sockets
• 50 cu ft secure storage compartment
• Lockable cash drawer
• Two fixed position glass display shelves
• Overall cart size: 68" long x 4 ½ ft display area
• Signage display holder

We charge reasonable rates and can offer some discount incentives too!

Rental Term:

• A minimum of one week: Monday-Saturday
• Sunday optional

Mall Operating Hours:

• Monday - Saturday from 10am - 6pm
• Sunday Optional
• Smart Cart rentals will coincide with the regular operating hours of Denman Place Mall mentioned above.

Requirements:

• Proof of a Business License
• Copy of $2M Liability Insurance Coverage
• Professionally prepared signage

We reserve the right to cancel a booking.

All cart rentals are subject to Mall and Hotel Management approval and only those products and services not already sold in the Mall will be considered.
